On behalf of the European Association of Preventive Cardiology (EAPC) and Quironsalud Group, it is my honour and pleasure to welcome you to Madrid for the 11th EAPC Sports Cardiology Course. Joining us in Madrid will be an excellent opportunity to stay up to date with recent developments in the sports cardiology field. The scientific programme will have a very practical case based approach, with updates on most recent guidelines and latest research findings. This 11th edition will provide the perfect setting to exchange ideas, debate and network with peers of the growing sports cardiology community from all over the world. The course will take place on Tuesday, 2nd September 2025, after the last day of the ESC Congress. In addition to the scientific aspects, it will also be an excellent opportunity to enjoy Spain’s vibrant capital, its rich history, stunning architecture, diverse culture, exquisite gastronomy, and lively entertainment.
For those who might not be able to travel, we invite you to join us virtually. We will ensure your experience online is parallel to those being on site through high quality live broadcast of the conference and active participation through Q&A sessions, live online quizzes and ability to interact with the chairs through our chat.
